By placing an order, the customer enters into a contract and firmly accepts the pricing and description of the products available for sale as well as all general Terms of sale.
Kingdom of Razz delivers to the UK as standard. If you are based in the EU or other international universes please contact us directly and we'll happily look into special delivery rates. All orders are sent using Parcel Force and require a signature on delivery.

All orders are processed and dispatched from Kingdom of Razz. In-stock artefacts will be dispatched within 3 working days from the date of your order, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Handcrafted made-to-order artefacts can take between 2 to 6 weeks. A more accurate timescale can be confirmed if you email us. And with all orders, we will contact you if there is a delay or if artefacts are out of stock.
We have a Monday to Friday delivery service. Please note that we require a signature for all artefacts upon delivery. If you are not at your delivery address when delivery is attempted, Parcelforce will leave a note with details on how to arrange re-delivery or pick-up from your local depot.
Upon confirmation of your order, Kingdom of Razz can provide you with a Parcel Force tracking number so that you can track your delivery.
Tax & Duty
Deliveries to outside the EU and other universes may be subject to local import taxes or duties. It is your liability to pay any applicable charges to the relevant local authority. The courier company will notify you of any charges due in order to release the goods at customs. Any delay in payment of these charges will result in a delay in your delivery.
Kingdom of Razz accepts all major credit cards through PayPal. PayPal is an industry leader in secure internet transactions and adheres to stringent levels of security ensuring that your details remain safe throughout the transaction process. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this method of payment, simply click the non-account holder option on the transaction page.
Kingdom of Razz does not store any card payment details as these are securely processed through Paypal. We keep a record of your name and address for order processing, and you'll automatically be subscribed to the Kingdom of Razz newsletter after your first purchase. We promise never to give your details to third parties.
Returns & Exchanges
Please be aware that all sales of made-to-order artefacts are final, and therefore cannot be returned or cancelled. These particular artefacts are clearly noted as made-to-order or non-returnable items in the product descriptions on Kingdom of Razz website.
All other artefacts, with the exception of certain (clearly noted) items, can be returned, unused and in perfect condition, in exchange for a refund (minus delivery charges).
Returns must be made within 7 days of you receiving your order. Before you return your artefact please notify us by email and we will provide you with our returns address. Returns outside this timeframe will unfortunately not be accepted.
Please wrap the artefact very securely and use insured registered delivery. Kingdom of Razz cannot accept liability for returned artefacts which get lost or damaged in transit.
Before your artefact leaves Kingdom of Razz, it is thoroughly checked to ensure it is in perfect condition. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us immediately. If your artefact is faulty (i.e. received damaged), we can offer an exchange. When the artefact is a one-off item and an exchange is not possible, then we can offer a refund. Receiving your Refund
Once your return has been received and complies with our returns policy we will refund you via your original payment method. Please be aware that these payments take up to 30 days to process.
